Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your website. This policy explains when refunds are available for our website packages and Maintenance Plan.

Website packages (Basic, Standard, Premium)

• Before work begins: if you cancel before we start designing your site, you'll receive a full refund.
• After work begins, before your first draft: you'll receive a 50% refund, since time and resources have already been put into your project.
• After your first draft is delivered: build fees are non-refundable. Your included revision rounds are there to make sure the final site is right for you.

Maintenance Plan

• You can cancel anytime, and you won't be charged again after cancellation.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We don't offer partial-month refunds.
• If you're charged for a renewal you didn't intend, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we'll review it.

How to request a refund

Email team@webifystudioagency.com with your name, business name, and the email used at checkout. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days.

Please contact us first. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly.
